i have no idea .. what i'd like an answer on is what they do with the blending site
which imo is an indication of P2O's future re: the plant in NF
if they lease the blending site .. imo NF is brought back online
if they sell the blending site .. imo NF plant also gets sold and then i'd be curious to see what comes to pass with not just 4 and 5 but also .. 2 and 3

I don't see why they would bring them into Canada and pay duty and taxes on them, when they can probably just build the processors at Heddle Marine or one of his neighbours companies?
