That quote, if im not mistaken, is boilerplate from NIH, ws not relayed in relation to this study in particular...so i think TOB is "putting 2 and two " together. deductive reasoning.
If the bar is set that patients can advance not only if there is no harm but there is perceived benefit --and tumors at that stage arent stable--and patients are advancing, it MAY stand to reason that this HINTS at Kevetrins efficacy.
