"Insta - I spoke with SB. He has made contact with the owner and he'll take it from here. Due to the propriety nature of this potential sale, this necessarily has to be the last thing I say about this matter. I'm sure Steve will release info at an appropriate time. Thanks for your help. I plan to move on to another family owned group that I know and see if I can get Steve an intro and invite. I will shoot Steve an email with contact names. Go ONCI"
