Posting last years financials will be troublesome without coinciding PR's announcing some very good news for the future of the company.
Prior to the 25.1 R/S, dilutions resulting in o/s to increase over 2 billion and driving pps to sub penny. They needed even more money for operations, employee retention and business deals and the pps was a tenth of a cent. So r/s brought o/s down to little over 80 million shares at little more than .06 per share and dilutions continued to 178 million o/s and current share price of .02. For those like myself its the same as there now being over 5 billion shares o/s @ .0008. Those that bought shares pre-split between .01 and .17 are looking at .25 to 4.27 just to b/e. The good news is that no investment firm is going to put up $21 million in a company that has no future to be successful and generate profits. Ntek has the people and product to become a big player in the 4K market and beyond otherwise why take a chance on a little company with a current value of a fraction of what the investment firm is putting up. Behind the scenes something special must be going on and I look forward to that day when we are informed of it. I bought in and bought in and still believe our day will come. Yes its taking longer than I had hope for but that's business for you.
