Again....supposition on based on past history that is not relevant to the current business situation.
Your supposition based on an emotional reaction to not having made your money in the expected time frame and being in the red.....if that is truly the case.

It does not consider the changes the company has made to correct the deficiencies that they themselves admitted to to shareholders..........like removing the management that were responsible for putting the company in jeopardy.
Your supposition does not consider that someone is backing the company with 21 mil in financing
Your supposition that does not consider stock price is not currently a reliable long term indicator of anything because of the rampant manipulation that goes on with all OTC stocks.
Same old story of people getting brainwashed into thinking the day to day price of an OTC security is some sign of company performance long term....it's not..
Until there is a significant catalyst enabling the stock to break out, that's how the stock is going to be.
Right now it's trading in a range the MM have set to make a lunch money by flipping if that happens to be a game you want to play.
They'll let it run for no reason and sucker people into buying the "run", then pull the rug out, capitalize on the panic selling by emotional sellers and shorting the stock all the way down and buying the cheap shares as well....
Same thing that happens at some point to every other OTC stock
How do you know no one is running the company ? Did someone from the company call you up and tell you that ?

You don't know whats going on with the company management.
Based on comment from IR when questioned on the financials, there is a new management team transitioning in. That doesn't mean there is no management.
Try looking at the entire picture instead of just the part that satisfies your particular expectations..........
