Unfortunately, the lead Geologist died -- and I am unable
to find a link to the announcement of his passing. It may
be in an email I received, I can't say. This has delayed
the assembly of the requirements for the 43-101.


I INFER THE 43-101 IS COMING , because there will be no
MINE FINANCING without one. See the Blackridge announce-
ment for more information.


MINE FINANCING CAN COME FROM :

i) equity financing
ii) a loan or loans
iii) insiders' deep pockets
iv) a white knight
v) a mining partner
iv) gold sales ( no record of gold being sold, ever )


Something is gonna happen, they are making the right
noises -- NOW -- in my opinion.


I am now more optimistic after years of frustration
- - owning 100s of thousands of shares, many acquir-
ed AT PRICES HIGHER THAN FIVE CENTS !
