HOMEVI S.A.S. ISSUES A NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL REDEM

HomeVi S.A.S. ("HomeVi"), today announces that it has issued a notice of conditional redemption for all of its outstanding €608,000,000 6 7 / 8 % Senior Secured Notes due 2021 (the "Fixed Rate Notes") and its outstanding €200,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Secured Notes due 2021 (the "Floating Rate Notes", and together with the Fixed Rate Notes, the "Notes") with an expected redemption date of 31 October 2017 for the Fixed Rate Notes and an expected redemption date of 15 November 2017 for the Floating Rate Notes.
The redemption of the Notes is conditioned upon receipt by the Notes trustee of aggregate proceeds in a sufficient quantity to pay the redemption price for the Notes in full on or prior to the relevant redemption dates (the "Financing Condition"). Accordingly, none of the Notes shall be deemed due and payable on the relevant redemption date unless and until the Financing Condition is satisfied or waived by HomeVi.
