Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of two board members.
Laura Oliphant has as part of the announced private placement been allocated 375,000 shares at NOK 2.50 per share. Following the completion, Ms. Oliphant and close associates hold or control 375,000 shares and 43,000 ADRs (TFECF).
Tor Mesøy, through his wholly owned company Agnus Invest AS, has as part of the announced private placement been allocated 400,000 shares at NOK 2.50 per share. Following the completion, Mr. Mesøy and close associates hold or control 463,926 shares.
