Yes, I played sports. The COACH gave constructive criticism. We (shareholders) are not the coach. We are the people who paid for the uniforms and the referees. If the players listen to us, they are assured of not being successful. That is why I never put out a post that instructs the company what they should do. If I think I am better at running a company than them, I should start my own company!

Please let me know when you have started your company and I will make sure not to invest in it. It will surely fail if you run it based on posts of anonymous people on a bulletin board.
