Ah......delusional.......anyone who attempts to counter any of the negativity you are trying to spread is delusional I'm sure... 
That doesn't even need to be said......you say it every time you post.....
I can honestly say you aren't delusional. You are quite deliberate at your attempts to create a negative sentiment. Blatantly.
That behavior could be interpreted as something quite different however.
If you actually took a look at the facts and did some DD (but why bother, it interferes with your agenda) one can take the news already shared and come up with some logical deductions that indicate almost everything you say is supposition.
21 mil is already on the books, it was in the last financials....fact...
There has been no substantial dilution to finance operations in the past 8 months....fact.
When there is news that can be released, the company does it.....news was released last month on Apple compatibility in relation to Ultraflix...DF shared news today on his activity on upgrading Ultraflix capabilities ..........fact
And the list goes on...
The only thing you have brought up of even the slightest relevance are the financials, and hopefully, that will be resolved .
Anything else you have brought up is old., past supposition about implied transgressions that have no basis in fact .....with the sole intent to put the company principles (and his family I might add) in a bad light .
Your supposition is based on the premise that DF is dishonest and trying to rip off all of his shareholders.....
Typical basher behavior......right out of the book.....have to create that uncertainty...that's what the book says to do.....
