Focusing on those negative aspects without considering out how the positive aspects will effect the investment isn't a realistic way to look at the investment and is just a destructive way to think in general
If there weren't positives, no one would have invested in the first place.
IMO this company is in the best position it's ever been in and the positives outweigh the negatives substantially.
What's going on with Longside is standard courtroom shenanigans, posturing for position until a real settlement is reached.
Of course the bashers are going to make it sound as bad as they can. Thats what they do.....keeping the negative drama as high as they can....
A major investor doesn't put 21 mil (or more) up to back a company unless they think they are going to get a return on their investment.
IMO that trumps a most of the potential negative aspects to this particular investment.
