It is interesting to note that many investors on this board are virtually clueless of the legal documents and arguments against NTEK (or simply David and Jeff Foley). Please research yourselves. If anything, I am rooting for Long Side Ventures because I believe I will probably never reach break-even again. It seems very dim at this point.
The Broward County Court System took a setback with the hurricane, but there is some very shady information concerning David Foley and the rest of the company. It is almost humorous, and probably a reason why rational investors are being so negative and concerned about where all the money went with all the shares NTEK has diluted over the years. It must be above $10 million at the minimum.
