Re balance sheet and share count, I agree with you. It is premature to talk about exact numbers but 6% market share is by no means capturing the whole market or dominating the industry. It is a very reasonable assumption given the product features. More or less will depend on who they go ahead w. It should be a big name w significant distribution network.
