I think the company has has revealed a lot of the direction and what they are trying to do to grow shareholder value.
IMO you can also take transparency to far, to the detriment of the company and the investment.
It's been proven time and time again folks trying to do the company harm will use it against them if the "T" aren't crossed and the "i" dotted.
Handling information dissemination incorrectly has the potential to put the company and my investment in jeopardy.
I'd rather they err on the side of caution, even if it causes some uncertainty near term.
They are in a complex business transition and IMO legally, until things are complete, are limited in what they can say.
