Think about what the IPR dismissal does for the judges involved with each case knowing that SFOR patents are rock solid!! Some of us could see this last year when SFOR was willing to sue 3 BILLION dollar companies at the same time knowing that they could join together in their defense. Now, as they watch Ropes & Gray settle with multiple infringers what are they going to do?
