A Strategy for Joey to Become UNSTUCK
In my OPINION, he approaches Jillian and proposes that he gives her 12.5M of his personal shares for $2.75M in cash. Jill then owns millions in warrants (which has a superb chance of being in the money sooner rather than never) from the brand ambassadorship and then 12.5M of "Joey's shares". Mind you JP still has 14M shares left but avoids massive dilution.
She agrees to make appearances at the 2 new mall locations AND gets small kiosks installed in those malls to sell her Lucky Jack Organic coffee. To me, this would be key for Jill and the CEO Giancarlo Chersich.
** JP should try his best to work this deal WHILE he works 3 or 4 other A-listers. HE needs to feel some pain in this and not the shareholders. Cancel the Rights Offering, see PPS rise and then announce a big Celeb has plunked down expansion money a couple days after. Watch how fast Bahrain becomes unstuck too. This is the way Joey - pick up the phone and start calling. There is your near-term strategy on a silver platter. Now execute and get Results !
Note: The total b/e for Jill (incl warrants and shares) for her monetary outlay would be a PPS to hit .188 and I think that would be Easy with 4 locations. Who knows with something like this, even Bahrain could become unstuck and they would have 6 in play !! Dare to dream as this would get her organic coffee on the map with more sales and exposure. This would also offer add'l marketing for her and all of her brands in health conscious Cali or even rainy Seattle
