Complaints against? What damage is a late filing doing to investors? They’ve had little or no profits for years. None of us expect the 10K to have huge revelations. So it’s late! Yes, they now have 2 of 3 in 2 years, but that risk can be mitigated going forward knowing the repercussions of missing another.
