Heijmans appoints Hans Janssen as a member of the

After the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders, held earlier today, the Supervisory Board of Heijmans N.V. has appointed Hans Janssen as a member of the Executive Board / CFO of Heijmans N.V. from 30 October 2017, for a period of four years. From 30 October 2017, the Heijmans Executive Board will consist of Ton Hillen (CEO), Ruud Majenburg and Hans Janssen (CFO).
The Supervisory Board of Heijmans N.V. welcomes Hans Janssen at Heijmans, and thanks Age Lindenbergh for his contribution in the past period.
