Exactly, and stories about helping others in need.
Small example, and I'm involved in this sort of thing year after year, organization after organization, and have done my small part for 45 years.
Local restaurant has a drive going "Veterans Traditional Housing" TURNING POINT.
Donations of personal items...tubes of toothpaste, hand soap, tooth brushes, razors and shaving cream....all things inclusive toiletry stuff.
I've delivered 4 bags of stuff in 5 days....went there yesterday for a cold one...there are 4 bags in the box...all from me, so I cornered the mgmt guy I know, had a chat about the poor participation, lack of signage to catch ones attention, and what about your employees?
When USGL hits, not IF, I'll do a better job with future charity drives in my town, to make up for those who don't or can't.
Of course I'll deliver my donations in a new SUV....
