MORRISVILLE, N.C., Oct. 17, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jeff Williams, Co-founder, President, and CEO of Clinipace Worldwide, a global full-service clinical research organization (CRO) that he founded 14 years ago, has elected to move into an expanded advisory role with the company’s Board of Directors. He will be handing over his responsibilities to Jason Monteleone, who will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer.  Williams will remain a Director and will focus on strategic initiatives on behalf of the Board of Directors.

Monteleone has 20+ years of experience in clinical research, life science, and healthcare-related organizations. He has also been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Theorem Clinical Research, Chief Financial Officer of Omnicare Clinical Research, Senior Finance Director of MDS Pharma Services, and Finance Director at VIASYS Healthcare. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University and a BS in Business Administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
