Adding Share structure up PER 10-k/8ks!!
On February 16, 2017 , the Company issued a total of 2,000,000,000 shares of our common stock to our officer and director, Wais Asefi, as compensation for services rendered.
Per 10k annual report on 4/24/2017 Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the registrant’s classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date. 2,561,648,457 common shares as of April 13, 2017
Now we have the original base to work with...notice it touched nearly a penny with this many shares and the company is doing much better mind you.
per 8k on 5/11/17 On May 9, 2019, we entered into an Exchange Agreement (the “Agreement”) with our officer and director, Mr. Wais Asefi, pursuant to which we agreed to exchange Mr. Asefi’s 1,750,000,000 shares of common stock in our company for 2,000,000 shares of our newly created Series C Convertible Preferred Stock.

ALRIGHT! now lets add the settlements for eliminating the debt
811,648,457+262,500,000(JSJ 8kk 5/30/17)+550,000,000(Auctis 8k 7/10/17)+70,000,000(Carebourn 8/4/2017 10q)= 1,694,148,457
Now lets add in the 250M restricted shares that WAIS still has from the original 2B given. and add another 77,500,000 (10q)During the six months ended June 30, 2017, we issued 77,500,000 shares of common stock for services valued at $115,100. We get the number 1,521,648,457 shares.
FROM THE 10-q State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date: 1,570,839,890 common shares as of August 15, 2017 also from this 10-q theres a dispute about a litigation for around 50M shares so I believe thats the small gap you see.
NOW per 8k 10/2/2017 we have the LAM order..the most recent. +650M shares would put us at 2,171,648,457 or if you saved alot of time and just looked and the most recent O/S shares numbers and added 650M to it you get 2,220,839,890 (50M gap). which is 340M shares fewer then when it ran before to nearly a penny and in much worse shape. hope this clears some things up. couple images from the filings below
