SFOR holds that patent and it will come up on a google search.
What is OOBA? Anyone who has received a text to access a computer. That is out of band authentication. It is being utilized for payment and credit card transaction authentications. Many call it "two factor authentication" such as Apple, Google,Gmail, IBM, Computer Associates, and most major companies and the Frederal, State and local governments are updating to it, if they are not already infringing on it.
What happened over the last few days:
Entrust is in settlement talks with SFOR and should be finalized by Oct. 27.
Yesterday the Patent Trial Arbitration Board (part of the USPTO) put out a landmark decission favoring SFOR on ALL claims. June 2016 SFOR filed suit against 3 infringers, they then challenged the patent itself for prior art by filing a Petition with the PTAB (this happened in April 2017). . As of yesterday the PTAB dismissed all claims of prior art by argued by the infringers. Our patents are rock solid.
