Did you see 60 Minutes last night? It just shows how corrupt the entire system is. The DEA is trying to address the drug problem but the congress is putting pressure on them to back off because the big drug companies are making a fortune and obviously effecting the laws that control drug enforcement. The latest law that was passed to ease regulations, was written by a former DEA lawyer who had been hired by the drug lobby. About a year ago the congress passed the bill without even following the formal voting process. The SEC is the same way. No way to stop the corruption because the money is flowing into all the corrupt politicians coffers.
