Dont you read the boards or SI twitter? Bearings are old news! It is all about flipping stocks through SI. Bearings, 10Ks, 10Qs, revenues, and everything else is completely inconsequential as is Outstanding Shares, Authorized Shares, EIAs, commitments made to shareholders, proclamations made by SI or IR, so on and so forth.
Bill has been noticeably silent since kmohr threatened him on here. Maybe that is because he has been busy or maybe because the threat is real. Maybe it is a mere coincidence the 10Q is severely late this quarter or maybe they are revising past Q's to make sure they match with the view SI holds.
Regardless, shareholders have continued to be kicked in the groin by everyone associated with this company or stock. There have been no buybacks and instead the OS blew up and the AS is now unlimited. Everything James discussed on the conference call has turned out to be what appears for all intents and purposes a blatant lie. There have been zero revenues from bearings that have stayed on the books. The entire BTL SLA appears to have been a load of BS by James/company. Not a single EIA has come to fruition. And there have been trivial revenues associated with MRVBs at best. So, once again, the shareholders are left to wait on if there is any material impact for selling e-bikes and trikes. Nevermind that they are at best a mere distributor and have no ability to control costs, QA, or who else the company sells to or through.
But, according to SI and IR, shareholders should hold right through the no-bid scenario even though they were promised by the same entities that the MRVBs would prevent that exact scenario from happening.
Finally, Bill has the time to come on this board and call long term shareholders liars without backing it up but doesn't have the time to hold conference calls, update shareholders in a straightforward fashion on where the bearings, SLAs, EIAs, MRVBs, and consulting agreement revenue streams stand or provide shareholders a real financial picture going forward. Instead, they get a steady stream of blue skies ahead after "reconstruction" from the cheerleaders.
