“As the financial services industry continues to evolve, and the bank’s geographical and balance sheet expansion continues, oversight of risk management, operations and technology require added focus,” said David M. Findlay, President and Chief Executive Officer. “These promotions ensure that we are well positioned to meet future challenges.”

In her new capacity as Chief Administrative Officer, Pruitt’s role is expanded to include long-term strategic and staff planning, enhanced enterprise risk management and regulatory planning for future growth, board of directors administration, and creation of a diversity and inclusion program. She will also retain oversight of human resources, operations and several regulatory, risk management and compliance functional areas.

“Since joining Lake City Bank in 2008, Kristin has proven herself to be an invaluable member of the bank’s management team,” Findlay said. “She brings thoughtful insight and knowledge to her role as a key member of our team.”

Pruitt has a bachelor’s degree cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and a juris doctor degree magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She is also a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Before joining Lake City Bank, she served as assistant general counsel and chief compliance officer for 1 st Source Bank in South Bend, Indiana. Previously she practiced law with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Washington, DC.

Pruitt is Vice Chair of the Northern Indiana Regional Development Authority board, and serves on the boards of the Community Investment Fund of Indiana, Inc. and the Boys and Girls Club of St. Joseph County.

In her new role, Fulton has added departmental responsibilities for Electronic Banking, Electronic Document Services and Trust Operations, in addition to Deposit Operations, Item Processing, Commercial Loan Operations, Retail Loan Operations and the One Call Center. These changes align functional operating areas of the bank under one leader. Fulton continues to serve as the primary operational leadership liaison for product development, product analysis and product innovation, making her a key operational partner to the bank’s Product Management and Project Management functions.

“Lisa has proven to be a creative and thoughtful leader both in the operations and product development arenas,” Findlay said. “Her new position formalizes and aligns areas that will continue to benefit from her leadership and strategic thinking.”

Fulton joined the bank in 1996 from Key Bank. She graduated from the BAI Graduate School of Bank Operations and Technology at Vanderbilt University and has an accounting certificate from the American Institute of Banking. She is also a graduate of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy.

Fulton is Board Chair of the American Red Cross of Northern Indiana and a member of the Advisory Board of W.I.S.E. (We Inspire, Support, Empower), which educates and supports professional women.

With this transition, Ritchey will continue to have departmental responsibility for Technology Services, Product Management, Project Management and Information Security. In her new role, she focuses on network security, the rapid growth of new technology in banking, and the growth of financial technology innovation. Ritchey will continue to be the primary relationship management leader on the bank’s critical relationship with its core processor and as a member of its user planning council, which provides strategic direction to the core processor.

“Angie has been an innovation leader in our company and this new alignment enables her to focus fully on technology and network security in the context of their rapid evolution,” Findlay said. “Angie is well positioned for these new responsibilities.”

Ritchey joined Lake City Bank in 1986. She has a bachelor’s degree from Goshen College. She is a graduate of the BAI Graduate School of Bank Operations and Technology at Vanderbilt University. She is also a graduate of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy. She is on the boards of CASA, (Court Appointed Special Advocates), and Cardinal Services.
