Orava Residential REIT plc has received infomation of Investors House Oyj’s preliminary estimate of the result of the exchange offer

Investors House Oyj’s exchange offer of Orava Residential REIT has ended 13 October 2017 and Investors House Oyj has announced it will execute the exchange offer according to the conditions of the offer.

Investors House Oyj’s preliminary estimate of the approvals of the exchange offer is that Investors House Oyj has 25.2 per cent of Orava Residential REIT plc’s shares and votes.

Investors House Oyj announced that it will confirm and publish the final result of the exchange offer approximately 17 October 2017.
