In February 2015 NTEK acquired another publicly traded company, High Velocity Enterprises. By doing this it allowed NTEK to utilize the shell, spin-off NanoTech Gaming into its own publicly traded company and change its symbol to NTGL.
This is how Shareholders of Ntek were compensated and given shares of the newly NTGL, which we still await our shares.

UltraFlix has always been a private company, but as a division of NTEK that was formed in 2011. This is how it was presented to us shareholders by NTEK. There has been much communication and statements from NTEK to investors that much of the dilution that was taking place was to fund and grow both UltraFlix and 4K Studios. Some statements did hold merit but there were much misleading statements as well.
It wasn’t until resently as they presented at the Cannes Festival AS ... UltraFlix ...top billing and as part of a NanoTech.
The only way I see UltraFlix / 4K Studio being spun-off is into another publicly traded shell or a new IPO.
Can they go private...... YEAH !!!! We all know what can happen without me saying it....
I hope this won’t be the case !!!!!!!
All I can say I would hate to be in Dave or Jeff shoes if that were to happen or any investor backing it.
Just being honest..... truthful.... and keeping it real
All thoughts are welcome!!!!!
