Employee representation on the Board of Directors of NKT A/S Today, René Engel Kristiansen has resigned as employee elected member of the NKT A/S Board of Directors, as he has also stepped down from his position as Product Line Manager at NKT Photonics A/S.
An ordinary election of employee representatives and alternate members of the Board of Directors will take place in Spring 2018, where the vacant position is expected to be filled.
