I know my morning reading is higher than my" before dinner" reading, read it helps me wake up. And I read recently that morning readings are a bit abnormally high for people on a Keto, Paleo diet, compared to the reading the rest of the day. My A1C before I got on the paleo,diet about 7 months ago was like 6.9, 7.1. 2 months into the diet it was 6.2. My blood pressure went down drastically.
