dw, I have been retired for 9 full years now. After 6years , I had traveled as much as I wanted, etc. And I was bored. I got a part time job at HomeGoods 3 years ago. I am in charge of the big hanging rugs you will see there, very physical. But last week I had 3 days off and in the previous now new rugs came in to hang. I play a lot of live poker and always on the computer. In 3 days I gained 5 pounds, lol. And bllod sugar a bit higher than normal.
The short of it is, yes, I need more exercise, especially when I get days off. I need about a 37% LDL reduction. It is really sad that we often take pills instead of eating properly. I did up my niacin and red yeast rice. But hope to get off that crap too by eating better and EXERCISING more
