the company is keeping there word they said they would not do a r/s at this time in the letter to shareholders http://www.intelligenthighwaysolutions.com/le...reholders/ witch the y did not they also said the would have to raise the a/s to stay with in compliance with note holders on reserve share requirements. witch they did they brought the a/s up to 15 billon http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions....ONS%2c+INC . this is a good thing as they will not destroy shareholders confidence as it would have if they did a r/s. if they did a r/s everyone here would have lost as they stock would have went back to .0001 . now that they did a a/s instead they will keep the shareholders confidence in the company and the stock now has a cance to run .
I believe that this is what was being waited for to see if they were going to do a r/s or a increase in the a/s . now I think this will run soon.
