First we are told we are a R&D company, then we are told we are going into production and now we are back to R&D. It's not to much to want to know if anything is being sold. Any product with any potential isn't even owned by the company and yet some dream of a buyout. Take away the flat pack and N Assay and you tell me what's left. Let's assume for a moment that the company does control those two products. Is there a royalty payout arrangement and if there is it only takes cash from the company when it's announced it would like to expand. Now we get into creative financing that doesn't seem to have worked so the new plan is to try and sell patents the company doesn't own. OK, let's now assume the patents are sold, will there be a royalty arrangement attached to it? More cash out of the company. If the patent owners truly believed in the company their compensation would be in a percentage of the company (shares) and be all in, motivated for it's success. Their reward would be in increased share value as well as for other shareholders.
