Music to my ears! 
Entrust notifying the court they have their white flag of surrender ready to throw down, but requests 60 days to formalize the terms of surrender (settlement)!!! They pretty much have indicated their acceptance of defeat, but perhaps hoping the IPR will be instituted instead of being denied, thus giving them a chance to decide if they want to hold off on immediate settlement, and risk treble damages later! I think we all know what their decision is/will be! This one is ready to be wrapped up and closed! LOL!
1 down, 6 to go, as we begin to prepare & file against a new list of infringers very soon, but with the precedence of 7 lawsuit victories in hand! It definitely sounds like we are in a WIN/WIN scenario! I'm certain that our legal teams have already prepared initial drafts for the next round of litigations! That's what a winning legal team does! LOL!
