SOME OF OUR LAWSUITS
Gemalto, Vasco, Entrust , SecureAuth, Duo Security, Centrify Corporation and Trustwave Holdings
RUMOR IS ENTRUST MADE 150 MILLION AVAILABLE FOR SOME PURPOSE LAST WEEK. IT MAY NOT BE RELATED OR TRUE OR A PART MAYBE TRUE.
ITS ALSO BEEN FLOATED THAT THE SETTLEMENT TERMS ARE UNUSUAL.
Having said this I do believe 30m with Entrust is on the low end of reasonable and possibly 150 million on the upper side.
Keep in mind whatever we get may be unusual in its format.
If we get the minimum from each that’s over 200m to an upper range exceeding 1 billion.
With many more lawsuits to come that are not going to take 7 months but more like 3-4.
Rumor has it we have 20 more that are going to be filed on soon.
That’s a minimum of 600m to billions!
Once we start to get settlements news will propel the StrikeForce name into, dare I say, National media exposure?
Sales will be accelerating, corporate accounts will be hitting hard and fast. Revenues will be coming in from every angle and source.
All in all I’m becoming a believer that Mark Kay’s statement of an 8 billion dollar valuation is realistic in 2018.
