Its that old golden rule, the one that says...he who has the gold makes the rules....and those who have the gold screw those of us who don't. Look at the guy in the White House now....so many times he stiffed suppliers and contractors because he could get away with it to make himself richer....its the art of the deal, make sure when cutting deals that you have the superior position so you can stick it to them if you need to.
