Check my thinking here, but I suspect the 10K filing we were expecting today will come next Monday. The filing was for the quarter ended 6/30 & they have 90 days to file after that (as I recall), which would be 9/29 (w/ 31days in July). The NT 10K was filed on 9/28 (a day before the deadline), which, with the 15day extension (+1), comes out to 10/14 ( a Saturday), which likely allows for filing on the next business day, Monday 10/16......no ?
They've been pretty good in meeting their filing deadline requirements for quite awhile now & I'd be surprised if they stopped now.
