Before I head out, thought I mention that without conversions the dumping you mention will be a non-event. Will only be from weak to the strong from here on out. Sorkin did this deal to increase shareholder value and lock in the current share structure intact, such as it is. It is no problem for this to go back up to copper, (especially) since the next run won't be dumped into. As was just said those shares are already gone. I speculate that Daymond may even own a healthy number, but it is not a big deal, but if he does it will be icing on the cake because those would be in strong hands. But the main point is any run, future merge or buyout can blow the top off because there are finally no more conversions available. I am back to add for that reason as well as the others I mentioned.
