that's noise NEWS Trumps everything what do you think
any short is going to do when ONCI PRs the first MAJOR
AUTO CONTRACT.......They will be forced to cover bigtime
and that only fuels the fire to go higher.
Bottom line is the 50dma is still RISING FAST now
.0087 and the stochastics are EXTREME OVERSOLD
so shorts have played their hand around this .01 area
IMO and ONCI will rebound HUGE on next PR and
then comes NOV 10 CC
