Is this still true?
NTEk has just told us the closing of the 21M funding will be publicly announced any day. They have made it clear they have already negotiated deals with all 6 major studios and the 21M will be put to work immediately.
By my calculations (given what IR advised per the advancement $$ cost of the studio deal) we will have enough dollars to play with from the funding to get deals with every major studio. In addition IR mentioned other large institutional investors were considering investing with NTEK. IMO the other large investors are probably waiting to see what transpires following this initial round of funding.
You have to know that once the A-list titles begin populating UF in mass and with the excitement surrounding 3.0 and HDR there will be many large institutional investors and other media companies knocking on NTEK's door for a piece of the action. Once that happens it starts to snowball from there and that's when things will get really exciting with likely buyout offers from Amazon, Neflix, Verizon and any possible media giant with gads of cash to spend and there are plenty of those type companies out there.
It took a lot longer than everyone thought but the day we have waited for is just about upon us. I am extremely excited and will be looking to buy as much as I possibly can at these levels.
