Those doubting $TGGI need to read the proof in the pudding. This will go boom and you will be left chasing if you don't get in. Most of us here are not new to trip plays and if you are, no joke just be patient, sentiment IS building with the amount of volume over last couple weeks! After that PR we are going to be golden as long as Matt keeps delivering on his word by the date's he willingly provides us every time (and meets). Cheers!

Technically speaking, in 2009, during bear market TGGI gapped downwards and there is an unfilled void between .33 to .40 cents. You can check this on investing.com. Regardless of time (days, weeks, months or years) the market has to fill that void. With regards to price movements, elliot waves, gartley's gap theory, etc. this is inevitable. Check out the chart on investing.com and read about gap theory on investopedia.com. Those who bought this, be patient. Know that some are either shorting this or wanting this to correct lower so they can buy lower. They are not your well wishers that they are going to come here and specifically make you aware of some BS so that you don't buy. If you are still skeptical know that you are playing the otc market and company buy backs or share reduction seldom happens. This may be a golden opportunity so hold tight. If you wanna unload do so, but don't completely get rid of it. This is of course in my humble opinion.

Above is just how I audit E/R's & "score" them. I made sure to include the significant events in the most recent filing just so nobody hypes/panics about a rumor. $CENX was a perfect example. Free-falled after meida reported bad EPS & revenue w/ out looking @ other basic accounting principles. But, regardless... yeah. Ya welcome

His response: I will state this, you cannot spin off a company you do not own 100% of. I am not doing a back door R/S and no one absolutely no one has to swap their shares at all.
Since he confirmed that CC is a bonafide subsidiary, I replied and asked about the percentage TGGI owns of Cannabis Consortium and what percentage of CC revenues will show up on the TGGI balance sheet:

The release is very straight forward and breaks down the various points the company was seeking to make.
The Pr makes no reference to Cannabis becoming a share selling machine, if that is what I wanted to do I could have done that years ago I own 3 shells. I also did not have to return 530 million shares of my own stock that cost ME $56,250 to get, or cancel the debt I owned which I have the wire confirmations to prove the money was invested in the Company over years. How do you think any actions have been paid for the past 2 years? I still am owed money from the Company it is not convertible and it never will be.
I am not sure why everyone is acting the way they are, the Pr is full of very positive news and the plans will move forward. TGGI will benefit tremendously from this transaction.
Yes, Cannabis is filing a Reg A, what is the problem with that? Are companies now not allowed to use Reg A to raise capital? The financials will be audited moving forward is that a problem now?
The Company will be revenue generating sooner than anyone claims and I designed the company to be that way without and licensing needed. Why would a company create redundant expenses in multiple cities when it can very easily enter into very lucrative licensing deals with existing operations? The revenue streams from the licensing based on the pricing of a similar product (which I did make mention of) are very favorable.
The Company can ship to any market without violating any FEDERAL laws. The products have applications outside of the MJ market which means an even larger market.
I have delivered what I said I would regardless of how people wish to view the Pr. I did not build up expectations the Company could not deliver upon.
Maybe people should read the Pr again and read it without thinking of what they wanted to see and see what is there.
I am not changing my course of action or my direction for TGGI or Cannabis. Those who can see the forest through the trees will be rewarded those who can't will not.
Patents, molds, trademarks, licensing deals are all valuable assets to be owned and Cannabis will have multiple. I haven't even finished releasing all the parts of Cannabis and people are jumping off buildings.
