Li and Grisaffi stated that she would be infusing money into the company in sufficient quantities to meet their stated goals. This was even in the 10Q that was filed with the SEC. But they didn't put it in the contract that we aren't able to see, and she never infused anything into the company. I'm sorry, but you can't polish a turd. This was a fraud, perpetrated on us, the shareholders, by Li and Grisaffi. There WILL be an SEC investigation. In the mean time, we're left holding the bag!
