The biggest surprise for me from reading the 10k (thank you to whoever actually wrote it) is that RMHB does *not* own the trademark for "Rocky Mountain High". RMHB owns the trademark for "Rocky Mountain High Energy Drink".
Was anyone else besides me under the impression that RMHB owned the trademark for "Rocky Mountain High"?
To my memory, my belief that the company owned "Rocky Mountain High" came from what Mr. Grisaffi is reported to have said or did say in interviews. I never independently tried to verify this statement of fact. Until today. My belief is one of the biggest reasons why I invested so much into this company.
From my research on the TESS search site, the best I can tell is that the following entity owns the trademark for "Rocky Mountain High" and it was first filed in 1992. (Can anyone else here confirm this?)
INGRAM ENTERPRISES, INC. CORPORATION MISSOURI 3010 N. Ingram Ave. Springfield MISSOURI 65803
