Bid topped & increased after last ask hit - now 12.5M at .0004.
If you don't yet have all the shares you need at 2017 bottom prices to take advantage of 4>6 runs between now and March 2018 don't leave the .0005s there too long. 25% of the whale bid could take out even the fake ask at .0005 - same as prior to Q2 and Q1.
