We have all been ignorant at one point or another. No sense in faulting someone for what we all been at some point.
I personally rather encourage them to do the research and see for themselves and possibly understand all of our reasoning than to dismiss and them to miss out on an opportunity of a life time. Someone else holding shares long term is better than a flipper playing into the MMs volume requirements to make a profit. But money isn't free so they will have to decide for themselves. In the end neither of us will make much of a difference to what they choose to do as each person is responsible for their own investments.
