I just found who I believe created the DD Presentation. Go to Winston's post on the rumour concerning the VW deal. Click on the twitter link at the bottom. See the round circles of people, one of them is a couple called StockFiles. Click on their circle and it brings up the presentation. That is what I saw this morning on Twitter. He or she or both created or knows who created the presentation.
