I would like to restate a fact that I posted not so long ago and if any of our regulars here who are also on Ihub would like to post it there either from here or in your own words feel free to do so as I am banned from posting on that site!
Ok that said, I was a residential/commercial broker before retiring and a very simple fact of every deal I ever brokered be it a small mortgage say 100,000.00 or a 6.5 million dollar commercial loan all funds to close the deal even a cash deal must be verified well before closing!
There is no way Songbird entered into a 6.5 million dollar contract to sell their airline and its assets without Baltia/USGlobal providing proof of funds to close!
It is in comprehensible the junk that is spewed on the other site and even from time to time here ( before it is deleted ) in an attempt to disprove the fact, that being Balti/USGlobal has the funds to close right now at this moment!
I am not saying that this deal will close, however I believe it will, what I am saying is that the funds had to have been there and proof provided to the buyer well before closing so if for some reason it does not close availability of funds would not be the reason!!
It should be just a matter of time now before we get some news/updates/PR from Tony regarding the status of the audit and the purchase of Somgbird! Wishing all of you wealth and health in the near future!! Get it done Tony go USGlobal!!
