I am fairly new to GOSY and I see there is litigat

I am fairly new to GOSY and I see there is litigation. I understand that DTC means Depository Trust Co. I understand there are issues in the past with naked shorting. Does this suggest that buying pressure is absent in large part due to DTC activity or the lack of DTC findings and conclusions? TIA
