You literally think that because the SEC nailed JOHN MATTHEWS for stock fraud that it is no big deal? Seriously?
And now this guy has NO OFFICE and he runs this crap from a CELL PHONE. And you think that is no big deal?
In ONE year:
Revenues down a LOT (3ch0 LIED saying they went up, don't tell me you can't look at a financial report to just compare 2016 to 2017).
ABSOLUTELY NO NEW CONTRACTS OR BUSINESS
No mergers.
No acquisitions.
No PRs outside of one completely fluff.
Current on UNAUDITED financials but that is only so the BOND HOLDERS would no longer be in LOCK UP and they can DUMP and the lower the price the MORE shares they get to dump.
Spanos is now FURIOUS with JOHN MATTHEWS, I expect absolutely nothing between them now.
FIVE HUNDRED MILLION SHARES ADDED AND DUMPED.
