try NV SOS
P2O should have held an AGM (this is from memory without checking
with SOS of NV but feel free to actually confirm yourself directly) within
18 months of the last one (12/2013) .. so clearly mgmt (which noted in 2014
intent of a then AGM .. again from memory so it may be off .. summer to fall time
frame) .. hasn't held one since then ..
