Because this DILUTION is not stopping!
And the BOND HOLDERS, the LOWER it goes the MORE SHARES they get.
LEARN how to read financials, even UNAUDITED ones!
They ONLY went current (with UNAUDITED financials) because they HAD to to allow the BOND HOLDERS to dump their TOXIC stock.
